Returns & Exchanges

We make things with intention — and we hope you love them. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle it.

Returns

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • For hygiene reasons, worn or washed items cannot be accepted
  • The Deia London swing tag must be attached to the item
  • Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to help, subject to stock availability.
Sale items cannot be exchanged.

For international orders, we recommend carefully checking sizing before ordering, as exchange shipping costs are not covered.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll sort it quickly — no stress.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping

We currently ship within the UK and internationally.


Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
During launches or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — good things take a moment.


UK Delivery
Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days.
International Delivery


Delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services.
Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • We have no control over customs delays


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.


Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or returned parcels due to incorrect address details.
