When can I expect to receive my Deia London package?
Currently Deia London is available to all regions in the UK.We are working to ensure our range will be globally available as quickly as possible.
See below for the most up-to-date information:
In the UK, your order will take 24 hours to process before it is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, please allow for the below approximate delivery times.
- UK Standard Tracked Delivery: £3.50 (2-4 working days). FREE on orders from £40
- UK Express Tracked Delivery: £4.50 (1-2 working days, if ordered before 2.30pm GMT business day).
All orders placed after 2.30pm GMT on friday and on the weekend will be processed and dispatched on Monday.
I'm not sure what facial to choose?
No problem! Choose Signature Facial and I will customise your facial based on your skin goals and concerns on the day. After your facial we will make a plan on future facials/ treatments to reach your goals.
I'm Pregnant, Can I still have a facial?
Yes you can! Choose the MOTHER NATURE facial which is safe if pregnant or breastfeeding.
How long after a facial can I wear make up?
Give your skin 24 hours make up free time to allow your skin to breathe and absorb the professional products for optimum results.
Do you do facial packages?
Yes! We do package of 4, 6 or 12 sessions.

Yes only Paid parking available

I've got a big event! How long before my event should I have a facial?
I would say 7 days before is a good time. If its before a wedding and you struggle with acne/scarring I would say to start your facial journey at least 3 months before your wedding.
Is there anything that can prevent me from having a facial treatment?
Yes!
Below is a list of everything that can restrict or prevent your facial from going ahead:
Pregnancy/Breastfeeding
Prone to keloid scarring
On acne medication such as creams or antibiotics.
Taking or have taken accutane or roaccutane
Using retinols, benzoyl peroxide, AHA/BHA's less than 1 week before the treatment day.
Active cold sore.
Bacterial or fungal infection.
Stye or conjunctivitis.
Active eczema or psoriasis on your face.
History of getting psoriasis anywhere on your body.
Fresh bruising on your face.
Any autoimmune diseases
Diabetes which is not under control.
Been sunbathing, sunburnt or using sunbeds 1-2 weeks before the treatment.
Cancer
Severe acne
Contagious diseases

How do I track my order?
Once your order had been processed and dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number to your email for you to track your order out for delivery.
How do I return my products?
If your items are faulty, please send an image of your damaged goods with your order number to hello@deialondon.com within 14 days of purchase and we’ll prioritise getting you a refund or replacement.
What happens if my order is damaged?
We’re sorry about that, please send an image of your damaged goods and order number tohello@deialondon.com and we’ll prioritise getting you a replacement or refund.
What if my order doesn’t arrive on time?
